At Contiki we have properties in France & Austria and are looking for enthusiastic staff for the upcoming summer season with potential to work the Winter season in Austria.

On Site Team Member 2025

We are looking for people who are not afraid of physically demanding work, who are full of enthusiasm, and who love dealing with people. To fill several positions which are available for our summer season. You will be based at one of our Sites in either France or Austria and together with other team members you will be responsible for looking after our Travellers during their stay. Positions vary from site to site, but include cooks, assistant cooks, bartenders, housekeeping assistants and ground/maintenance staff.

What are the Requirements?

Possess a valid EU Passport

Have excellent people skills – proven experience in a customer facing role or hospitality background is preferred.

Ability to interact on a professional and social level with our Travellers.

Can work under pressure.

Able to adapt to long working hours (split shifts).

Must be team orientated.

Be enthusiastic and have loads of energy.

What’s included?

A 7 month contract (shorter contracts may be considered for the right applicant) with the additional bonus of on-site life such as:

• Free accommodation.

• Food included for the time you are at the site.

• Travel provided at start and end of season (from London or similar priced location)

• Chance to work a future winter season in Austria or apply to become a Trip Manager, Trip Driver or move to another brand within The Travel Corporation.
