Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare a range of dishes that cater to families and other guest groups.
• Incorporate fresh, local ingredients into menu planning.
• Adapt menus to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

• Good spoken French
• Proven experience as a Chef in a similar environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing needs.
• Experience with family-friendly and group catering is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
