General Assistants - Live in Role - Couples Position

COUPLES LIVE IN ROLE

Overview
We are seeking a motivated couple to fill the role of live in General Assistants, to join our friendly team at our boutique accommodation in Clifton, Bristol. The ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, including breakfast chef, housekeeping and front of house. This position is perfect for a couple who thrives in all things hospitality and enjoy working in a varied role covering all aspects of the industry.

Duties

• Responsibly for food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Breakfast waiting service.
• Housekeeping.
• Front of house and administration.
• Engaging with customers in person, via the telephone or over email providing excellent customer service.
• Assisting management in the daily running of the business to include stock control.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all duties are completed efficiently during service hours.
• Assisting with handling and coordinating all orders required for the daily running of the business.

Accommodation

Accommodation is included in the contract, we offer a one bedroom mainsonette onsite with balcony and terrace.

Qualifications

• At least one of the candidates to have previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is essential.
• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
