General Assistants to Manager - Couples Live In Vacancy

We are looking for an experienced couple to join our friendly team, running our boutique bed and breakfast in Clifton, Bristol.

The role covers every aspect of hospitality from cooking breakfast to serving cocktails, and we require an all-round couple with at least 3 areas of hospitality experience each (training can be provided).

Included in this vacancy is the on site accommodation consisting of a one bedroom, two storey maisonette. 

Job Role:

• Breakfast Chef 
• Waiting 
• Housekeeping 
• Reception/Front of House 
• Out of Hours Emergency Phone Cover 
• Stock Control 
• General Maintenance 

The start date for this role is 1 December and Christmas cover is essential.

The working week is on a varied rota, 5 days working and 2 off, covering shifts of either start 7am-3pm, 8am-3pm, 12-8pm.
