Ever fancied working a ski season in The Canadian Rockies? If you have a ‘work hard, play hard’ attitude you will fit right in! Oyster offers guaranteed work and a wage that will let you make the most of this impressive experience in one of the worlds top ski resorts. 

We will find you work, before you leave home, in one of Banff's top hotels in an entry level position. These range from housekeeping, bussing, waiting on and washing up duties. You will have the full support of both our UK team and our representative in Banff. 

Canadian hotels have a reputation for high levels of customer service. If you have particularly good bar or restaurant experience, there is a chance of being offered a job in these departments. Expect to be punctual, smart and polite.

To work in Canada on this programme you need to be eligible for the Canadian IEC Working Holiday Program.

The Pay

Earn a good minimum wage of $20 per hour (approx. £10 per hour). This wage is enough to be able to live comfortably, have a great social life and save money for the end of the season.

Accommodation 

You’ll live in staff accommodation provided by your employer. This is located no more than a 20 minute walk to work, and often just next door. Oyster guarantees accommodation along with your job before you leave home.

Expect to share a room in a shared house. All accommodation is self-catering with cooking facilities provided. Cost for your room is the equivalent of 1 hours pay each night. This comes directly out of your pay cheque every 2 weeks.
