Kids Club Team Leader - France

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Kids Club Team Leader to oversee and be a valuable part of a Kids Club in France.

This position would be from 7th April 2025 - 14th September 2025.

This small luxury family resort in the South of France is focused on welcoming families with young children, from 3 months to 12 years old. Built on the original Roquefort dairy site this is an authentic French farm with 7 fully kitted apartments, set in a private estate, in the “Occitanie” region.

This role is the perfect opportunity for a childcare professional who wishes to have their first experience at management level.  You will oversee the whole childcare operation in the resort with a team from 1 up to 5 members in high season. Depending on the occupancy rate, they can host up to 20 children.

From the moment the children arrive at the resort, your responsibility will be to provide the very best experience for them in a safe & secured environment. With the help of your childcare team, you will need to have the ability to organise and roll-out an exciting and creative program of activities for all age groups. With the resort being set in the countryside, fantastic on-site facilities and a good variety of equipment available to you, you and your team will be able to give the children the most memorable experiences. There is a safe and secured park, petting farm, private forest, tennis court, basketball court, mini-football pitch and a soft play area.

The kid’s club is at the heart of the resort and you will be expected to run it with a high level of service.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Speaks French
• Is truly passionate about working with children of all ages
• Holds an early year's qualification or has experience in working with Under 5's
• Has a love for the countryside, outdoor life and nature
• Has good leadership skills and the ability to lead a well-motivated childcare team
• Is organised and pro-active with an outgoing personality, fun & a team player
• Has an eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Is a natural communicator who can interact confidently with both our guests (Parents and children) and other staff members
• Is flexible to work all required hours with your team to get the job done at the highest standard
• Holds a Valid Driving Licence due to the rural location
