Ready to Lead the Pack on the Slopes?

We’re on the lookout for a Level 1 Ski Instructor as the camp lead to steer our winter adventure through Bakuriani’s snowy wonderland! If skiing is your passion, and shaping the next generation of ski enthusiasts gets your adrenaline pumping, this could be your ride.

Our camp is all about giving kids and teens an unforgettable experience on the slopes—teaching them the skills, boosting their confidence, and filling each day with fun. As the Level 1 Ski Instructor, you won’t just be leading the pack—you’ll be creating memories that stick long after the snow melts.

What You'll Be Doing:

Safety first: Ensuring your group is skiing with confidence while always keeping an eye on safety (knowing how to provide first aid is a big plus).

Commitment: Part-time, leading 3x 10-day camps per month. Contributing daily till 2 PM is required, after which an independent freelance work as a ski instructor is possible.

Leading a team of 6 instructors and taking charge of the camp’s energy and flow. Keeping the good vibes going on the slopes.

Making sure everyone’s progressing their skills with smart, exciting, and engaging lessons.

Designing the ultimate learning journey for young riders, from first-timers to those wanting to sharpen their technique.

Organizing the agenda for each 10-day gathering.

What You Bring:

Certified Level 1 Ski Instructor with solid skiing skills and experience working with young skiers.

You’ve got the ability to speak English fluently.

You’re not just responsible and disciplined—you know how to keep things fun while making sure kids are learning safely.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage kids and teens and explain skiing in ways they can easily get excited about.

A deep understanding of how to teach motorics, and methodics, and skiing techniques that stick.

Most importantly, you’ve got the energy and creativity to make this camp a blast for everyone involved!

Managing daily ski sessions, and planning fun, educational activities would be beneficial.

What’s In It for You:

Net Salary: 2500 GEL/month (that’s approx. €875/month), paid based on the days you work.

Full coverage on meals, ski pass, and accommodation—you’ll be living the mountain life!

Transportation to and from camp? Sorted.

Round trip costs to and from Bakuriani? Sorted.

Potential bonus: In case of a successful season, the coach will be considered for managing/leading our off-season agro-tourism project in Javakheti, offering nearly year-round employment in Georgia.
