Management and Maintenance Couple, Camping La Croix du Vieux Pont, Picardy

Venue Holidays are looking for an experienced Management and Maintenance couple to run our campsite operation at Camping La Croix du Vieux Pont in Picardy, France. Successful applicants will have extensive experience in the European camping industry and one candidate will have experience of controlling quality standards while organizing a small team of cleaning and customer service representatives. The other candidate would have substantial maintenance experience and ideally qualifications related to the servicing and repair of mobile home appliances.

As a Site Manager and Site Maintenance you would work closely together to support our small team and to delivery fantastic holiday experiences to our customers. Duties would involve the planning and organizing of the teams work, planning rotas, checking cleans and quality control, repairs and maintenance, customer service, communication with senior management and head office and various campsite departments. You would be fully responsible for the day to day running of our operation and therefore would have a huge impact on our guests enjoyment of their holidays.

The working season at this resort is long, we would require a start date around the beginning of Mach, and you would work through until early to mid-November.

Full training on company procedures will be provided as well as all necessary facilities such as mobile home accommodation, company vehicle, laptop, internet, mobile phone and uniform.

Salary will be competitive and dependent on the candidates experience.
