Resorts: Morzine & Les Gets
We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join us for the summer to support our Resort Manager in delivering our self-catered luxury chalet holidays across Morzine and Les Gets in the Portes du Soleil. If you have a passion for the luxury travel industry, high level of attention to detail and are a confident team leader, we want to hear from you.
Our Self-Catered Team Lead will work alongside our Summer Resort Manager to manage our summer seasonal and ad-hoc housekeeping teams. This will entail overseeing property management, from troubleshooting minor maintenance issues, to linen management, maintaining stock levels, quality control and of course ensuring high levels of cleanliness and chalet presentation are maintained at all times. This will require consistent team mentoring and ongoing training of the teams, so suitable candidates must be able to lead by example to drive tasks to completion.
In addition, we run a variety of food and drink delivery options for our guests, which will need to be monitored and managed effectively to ensure that we carry out deliveries on schedule.

Main Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the presentation and service in our self-catered properties, both by supervising and coaching your team, and also through active hands-on involvement.
- Oversee check-in and check-out process ensuring maximum attention to property care representing the interests of the property owners.
- Work closely with the Resort Manager to plan and direct teams to ensure efficiency and contingency forecasting.
- Assist and oversee property maintenance resolution with the support of the Operations Director and external contractors.
- Oversee and manage spa facilities and complete spa logs to ensure accurate reporting.
Skills & Experience
- EU passport and/or the right to live and work in France is preferred
- Full EU driving licence; confidence driving manual vehicles including minibuses is highly desirable
- Excellent eye for detail in all aspects of chalet presentation and housekeeping
- Flexibility – able to cope well with varied and changing tasks and environments
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills - fluency in English is essential
