Resorts: Morzine & Les Gets
We are looking for a Resort Manager for the upcoming summer season to manage our portfolio of luxury chalets across Morzine and Les Gets in the Portes du Soleil. We want to hear from motivated self-starters who have a passion for the luxury travel industry and can confidently lead teams and plan, organise and execute tasks to help us deliver our summer chalet holidays.
If this sounds like you and you’ve wondered what it’s like to work in the Alps in summer, get in touch! If you love the active lifestyle and being in the mountains, a summer in Morzine won’t disappoint. From hiking and mountain biking, to swimming in fresh mountain lakes (essentially the Alpine version of a beach), trail running, road cycling, tennis, climbing, white water rafting, there’s something for everyone… and that’s just to name a few of the many activities available.
Our Summer Resort Manager will work alongside our Operations Director to coordinate staff planning, logistics, housekeeping, property standards, client relations and our delivery services. Given that the majority of our bookings over the summer are self-catered, you will have a particular focus on our Luxury Self-Catered portfolio, but with context and oversight of our catered operations also.
Suitable candidates will be driven and highly organised, able to work well both independently and also when managing a team. It's important that you are a natural people-person, able to motivate and mentor staff to perform to the best of their abilities, happy to lead from the front and work alongside staff to drive tasks to completion.
This is a varied and exciting role where you will have the opportunity to support across the business - no two days will be the same! We are a small and dynamic team, and what brings us together is our passion for the mountains and the incredible chalets we operate.
