Being part of the Operations team means you are an integral part of the overseas operations. At the start of every season a lot of work is put into making sure everything is set up to perfection so when the resort teams arrive they can hit the ground running and deliver outstanding customer service from day one.

There are many perks to working in the country office. You would suit an office role if you are looking for a degree of stability but at the same time wants to get out and enjoy the snow and mountain lifestyle. Office departments are very flexible and allow for half days, late starts, and split shifts to help you maximise your ski time. You also benefit from a great package of accommodation, lift pass, ski/snowboard hire and all important medical insurance.

Being part of the head office team means you get a great insight into the workings of a ski tour operator and can open up a lot of career opportunities whether they are in resort, in an overseas office or back in the UK. In the winter we are a team of around 30 people from various departments so there is always someone to talk to, ski, or go out with.

The dress code is casual too, no need to dress up smart. You also have the advantage of being able to use the company cars when they are available so you can explore other areas. In terms of accommodation in France you will either be in our modern apartment above the office or in the centre of Chamonix town and Austria you are provided with your own room within staff accommodation.
