Are you looking at starting your watersports career and becoming a qualified instructor ?
Matt Dilleyjoined the Leap for Success Scholarship in January 2016 after wanting to do more with his passion for windsurfing. “I have been windsurfing for five years and I love being outdoors and on the water. I was working as a paint sprayer in a motor body shop since I was 16 and started looking into becoming a windsurfing instructor. “The Scholarship has been brilliant, you get so much out of it as I am now a windsurfing instructor and dinghy instructor and I get to be on the water every day. Now that my course has finished, I am working in France, the lake at La Rive is so nice and just being on the water every day is great.”
