Summer camp jobs, not just in America

The summer camp jobs available each year in the United States and Canada are amazing in their scope and for what the whole experience offers you, but there are many more options to consider for where to go and what you might get in return.

There are generally two or three groups of summer camp jobs posted on Season Workers. There are camp jobs in America and Canada (sometimes further) where the company will find you a paid job, then assist you with visas and travel tasks in return for a fee. What an experience this is, and you usually get a period at the end where you can travel around before you need to come home.

Then there are quite well paid jobs in UK Summer schools and all sorts of paid and voluntary work in EU based summer camps. A lot of the UK based camps have excellent on site facilities such as well kitted out gyms, swimming pools and sports facilities, sometimes even golf courses, which staff are generally allowed to use. If you are looking at mainland Europe you will need to deal with work permissions, but will also have a better chance of sunshine and mixing with new cultures.

Most summer camps, wherever they are, specialise in languages, an academic subject, a religion or a particular sport so employ specialist staff (English teachers, sports instructors, lecturers etc) and also general seasonal customer services and support staff.
