PGL have a number of exciting opportunities available for candidates looking to join us this year.

For a limited time only, we are paying a £500 ‘thank you’ bonus to all colleagues committing to a full season with PGL in 2022.

Candidates who start with us before the 31stof March and work until the end of the operating season will receive £250 in their first month’s pay after completing their probationary period. With an additional £250 payment made in the final month of the seasons pay.

This is a very important year for PGL, including our 65th anniversary, and with a new management team in place, we have lots of exciting plans that will make 2022 a truly exceptional season.

Some of the changes we have already made include a newly designed high-quality uniform, upgrades to colleague accommodation, extra resources to support staff wellbeing, new menus, and more time for learning and development.
