We guarantee you interviews with our employers of choice, of whom we do not charge any ‘placement fees’ – hence our extremely high success rate. 95% of our 2015 students got jobs for the season!

We conduct all our courses at altitude in a traditional alpine chalet in the beautiful resort of Morzine.

Our tutor to student rate is 1-3 and all our tutors have several seasons experience.

We give you half a day off during the course to experience one of the many exhilarating activities available locally.

We have sessions on local cheeses and wines to enable you to pass on your newly found knowledge of these to your guests during your dream season.

We provide hot tub training – not how to use them but how to clean and maintain them!

We keep in touch with all our students during the season, offering help and advice with any problems.
