Linnane's Lobster Bar is a renowned seafood restaurant on The Wild Atlantic Way in the West of Ireland. Set in the picturesque Burren, we source as much of our produce locally from other businesses in the Burren Ecotourism Network. All of our shellfish is all sourced from Flaggy Shore Oysters which is based directly beside Linnane's and under the same ownership.

You will have the opportunity to join an established team and work under our head chef, Alec Foster who will provide any training required to prepare you for your season working in Linnane's. You will have a chance to work with the finest seafood Ireland has to offer along with broadening your skillsets.

Our menu has a seafood focus and aims to showcase the quality of ingredients available in the West of Ireland. Positions are available for staff with a variety of experience and ability.
